I believe them in black neighborhoods they won't give money to bring it up what they do is sale to the White people foreigners and immigrants the land in the house is what belongs to us and the ones we rent they won't finish fix them up then they'll send other people's in and let them buy the land the black people can'tby none of the land nor none of the old houses to fix them up and then they'll make it so you can't fix them up when you go to buy the land they'll tell you you don't qualify when you go to buy a house they'll tell you you don't qualify but then when the Mexicans in the white people come in and the Indian people come in they qualify yeah keep an eye on them yeah you keep a good eye on them cuz they'll do that they do it all over the United States of America to black people and I'm living in one of them neighborhoods right now where they moving out all the black people and got the white people's moving in fixing up the houses and won't sell us none of the houses we don't qualifyyou take them to court because the landlord won't fix them up they'll tell us to move out then when we move out there fix them up for other people to move into yeah they do this all over the United States of America to black peoples that's why black people get upset it's just straight wrong and keep your eye on them black people that sit in the government office and the counselor office in the city's office half of them are not for fblack peoples you'll put the black people in the office to try to get help the black people they won't even help their own black people keep an eye on the black ones up there in the big office they'll tell you a lie
    right in your face before you know it you'll be sitting outside don't trust them either keep an eye on the situation please I lived in the Clearwater housing authority in Clearwater Florida I didn't even know they had a program out there that you can buy a house to the city of Clearwater Florida housing but went away peoples moved out there they told him about the program the white people got to move out the black people got to stay in you see and those black people working up in the housing thought his office like I see here in Georgia their move the black peoplelandlord won't fix the houses and when you go to court to take him to court to get the houses fixed they uncle they cousin they greasy granny and everybody sits on the council so guess what you get put out and they get to put somebody else in the house that you was living in cuz you complained window or was raining and then all need to be replaced see what they do black people don't count
